MATH 101 - Basic Mathematics


A developmental course covering pre-algebra concepts. Topics include operations on whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and integers; proportions and percents; linear equations, expressions, and inequalities; and problem solving. A maximum of 8 credit hours of developmental courses may be applied for graduation. Meets no other college requirement. No credit for students who have passed a higher-level mathematics course.

Prerequisites: MATH PLACEMENT LEVEL DEV1 & NO CREDIT IF MATH COURSE ABOVE 101
