CAS 2402X - Transitions: From Campus to Career Success to Wealth Creation and Protection


This course will prepare students for a flexible, but directed plan of wealth protection, career planning, and retirement projections. Lectures, written assignments, and engagement with career professional, on and off campus, will teach life skills to students in order to navigate resources for wealth protection now and in the future. The course provides early awareness of key life outcomes and then provides tools and suggested actions that, if repeated overtime, can become enduring positive habits. Topics will include, but are not limited to: Getting a job, thriving in that role, efficiently replacing that job if need be, being smart with the money you make along the way, while building a path toward potential wealth and financial independence via a plan that you understand and can take action upon.

Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
