EDEC 4200 - Philosophy and Theories of Child Development and Education This course provides students opportunities to learn how to write effectively in any context or medium while investigating current models, issues and trends in early childhood education. In learning to write under formal instruction one needs to have a framework for thinking, reflecting and talking about writing. Students will use technology to support writing across a broad range of topics as they synthesize philosophies and theories of child development. 25% of this course will be focused on developing writing in a writing intensive format.
