PT 8902 - Advanced Neuroscience Seminar

Explores topics in neuroscience, particularly new scientific discoveries that can be important to management in physical therapy.

Requisites: PT 7532 and 8761
Credit Hours: 2

Learning Outcomes:
  • The student will analyze the literature to determine the value of the evidence presented for evaluation and treatment ofneurological patients.
  • The student will lead a seminar on various topics related to physical therapy management of neurological patients.
  • The student will search the various databases for evidence to support practice for complex neurological patients.
