NRSE 8921 - Doctor of Nursing Practice Practicum II
Focuses on role and responsibilities of the DNP prepared nurse leader. Emphasis on preparation for advanced practice or leadership role. Integrates concepts of healthcare transformational changes through project dissemination.

Learning Outcomes:
- Students will be able to integrate the role of the Doctor of Nursing Practice to communicate effectively with individuals and teams, engage in partnerships and advance the scholarship of nursing.
- Students will be able to contribute as a nurse leader to a culture of patient, provider and workplace safety.
- Students will be able to use knowledge of nursing and other professions to disseminate findings of healthcare changes.
- Students will be able to apply knowledge of systems and organizations to work effectively across the continuum of care considering the ethical, legal and fiscal implications.
