T3 407G - Feminist Film: Aesthetics and Politics Draws on three areas of study: English, Film, and Women’s Studies. Examines issues such as visual politics of representation and feminist film language. Explores the strategies of resistance historically used by women artists to examine and question patriarchal and Eurocentric ideology. Prerequisites: SR & (12 HRS ENG OR WOMEN’S STUDIES OR FILM)
