GEOG 202 - Introduction to Weather Gain experience in class and in labs in the analysis of weather maps. Particular emphasis on weather phenomena presented in the media (global warming, El Ni). Data are downloaded from Web site sources for use in the classroom and made available to students on the course Web site for study purposes. Credit not allowed if GEOG 302.
Prerequisites: NOT GEOG 101 Credit Hours: 5 General Education Code: 2NS Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken an unlimited number of times, but only last course taken counts. Note: Effective Summer Quarter 2010-11 (June 2011) any non-repeatable course may be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
