PHYS 2001Q - Introduction to Physics

First course in physics; open to students from all areas. Students should have a background in algebra, trigonometry and geometry, but no calculus required. Recommended for students in liberal arts, architecture, industrial technology, geological sciences, plant biology, and premedicine. Mechanics of solids and liquids, oscillations, heat, thermodynamics.

Requisites: PHYS 201
Credit Hours: 1.5

Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
