MGT 4420 - Gender Issues in Management

Explores a variety of social-psychological research on gender issues that affect work behaviors in today’s rapidly changing workforce. Emphasis is placed on student activities, research of pertinent topics, readings, reports, online dialogue, and incorporates community service learning.

Requisites: Jr or Sr
Credit Hours: 3.0
Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
Lecture/Lab Hours: 3.0 lecture
