BIOS 3840 - Bioethics: Bioethical Problems in Biology and Medicine Ethical problems arising from rapid advances in biological and biomedical research. Topics include human experimentation, informed consent, death with dignity, euthanasia, public policy and bioethics, health care delivery, mental health, reproductive advances, in vitro fertilization and embryonic stem cell research, surrogate mothers,and genetic screening.
