DANC 3301 - Pilates Reformer Training Designed to condition students using resistance training on the Universal Reformer and other Pilates apparatus. Students learn exercise principles and techniques on specialized equipment, focusing on correction of body alignment problems, muscle imbalances, strength, and flexibility.
