CFS 4640 - Children, Families, and Poverty Examines children, adults, and families in poverty with attention focused on the causes and consequences of poverty. Included will be an investigation of policies and programs for children, adults and families in poverty. Additionally, students are required to complete a 10- hour community service requirement at an agency/organization that primarily serves low income children, adults, and/or families.
