LAT 3120 - Latin Prose and Poetry II

Continuation of LAT 3110. Advanced study of one or two classical Roman authors. Training in close reading and rigorous textual analysis. Examines a variety of recent scholarly approaches to Roman literature. work. Translation and essay exams, oral reports, and individualized research projects.

Requisites: LAT 2120 or 4 years H S Latin
Credit Hours: 3.0
Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
Lecture/Lab Hours: 3.0 lecture
Eligible grades: A-F,WP,WF,FN,FS,AU,I
