SOC 3350 - Economic Sociology This course examines the social structural, cultural, and political foundations of market exchange, the production of goods and services in the formal and informal economies, and consumption. A variety of theoretical approaches drawn from the political economy, social behavioral, sociology of culture, and social network traditions in sociology will be used to explore non-economic dimensions of economic structure and action.
