LET 2906 - Preliminary Aspects of Judicial Law Examines special topics within the Ohio Revised Code including civil liability and the use of force within the criminal justice system. Lectures supplemented with in-class practical problem solving exercises to develop critical thinking and expose the student to the practical side of civil liability and use of force in a contemporary criminal justice system.
