SW 3253 - Understanding Management and Supervision in Social Work Agencies Focuses on management and supervision from the perspective of the beginning direct service social worker. In addition to an overview of principles of administration and supervision that are relevant to human service agencies, the course focuses on how social work interns and beginning employees can best make use of supervision and management to improve their practice and client services.
