ART 1230 - Structure Structure explores structure as it can be applied to physical, organizational, conceptual, spatial, contextual, and fixed as well as plastic approaches in the consideration of and making of art and design. This is a cross-disciplinary studio art foundations course emphasizing how similar concerns and principles can be applied to a variety of forms, materials, and traditions. Students will gain experience and direct knowledge from hands-on exploration through a variety of ways of thinking about and applying structure.
Credit Hours: 4 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts. Lecture/Lab Hours: 2.0 lecture, 4.0 laboratory Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I College Credit Plus: Level 1
