INST 5912 - Special Topics in Communications and Development:International Development & Technical Cooperation Examines trends in international development aid and technical cooperation with an emphasis on how those trends shape international development practice and application. Includes hands-on training on proposal writing for international development, monitoring and evaluation, and logical frame planning.
