ISE 7330 - Advanced Systems Simulation Advanced discrete event simulation modeling. Modeling, design, statistical analysis, and optimization of large scale systems. Programming and comparison of simulators, simulation languages, and object-oriented simulation tools. Verification and validation methods of simulation models.

- Analyze simulation results for single and multiple alternatives.
- Apply advanced concepts in simulation software.
- Apply randomness tests to random streams.
- Apply statistical procedures for warm-up period decisions.
- Develop event based simulation models.
- Generate random numbers and random variates.
- Implement event based approach to simulation.
- Implement random generation algorithms.
- Verify and validate simulation models.
