IIP 6942 - Professional Seminar 2 Course is limited to IIP students enrolled in the PhD program. One IIP requirement for these students is to actively participate in a conference, workshop, or other forum where graduate students present their research and/or creative work relevant to their graduate program. A second IIP requirement for PhD students is to submit a paper, relevant to his/her graduate program, for peer review and possible publication in an appropriate journal or by an appropriate publishing house.
Requisites: Admission into IIP Masters or PhD program Credit Hours: 1 Repeat/Retake Information: May not be retaken. Lecture/Lab Hours: 1.0 seminar Grades: Eligible Grades: F,CR,PR,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - In addition doctoral level students will be able to submit for scholarly publication for peer review in an appropriate journal or by an appropriate publishing house.
- Students will be able to submit for scholarly presentation and experience sharing their research and/or creative activity with their peers.
