IHS 6803 - Program Planning and Evaluation in Healthcare Course focuses on project planning, implementation, and evaluation in healthcare settings. Introduces the DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and associated tools from lean six sigma in the context of healthcare. Includes developing process maps, identifying bottlenecks, workflow analysis, and process improvement through testing and control charts.
