EDAD 6310 - Personnel Administration in Education Organization and implementation of personnel functions. Covers organizational structure, staff procurement, staff selection, staff development, and conditions of service for people in the organization. Competencies in course conceptually oriented to provide understanding of personnel process.

- Candidates will demonstrate understanding of relevant legal and financial considerations for educational staffing.
- Candidates will gain practical applied experience in key activities associated with personnel administration (e.g., interviewing).
