EDAD 7310 - Conflict Management in Educational Administration Theories, attitudes, techniques, and strategies for managing conflict, solving problems, negotiating, and decision making in educational organizations. Focuses on understanding conflict and persons involved. Practice for third-party mediators, as well as conflict participants.
