COMM 5320 - Social Analytics in Crisis Communication This course prepares the student to collect, analyze, and present social data from a crisis situation to ensure resiliency and timely crisis management. The focus is on analyzing online social interactions in crisis situations using analytics techniques.

- Students will be able to find useful patterns in data.
- Students will be able to discover relationships between actors and influencers on social media in a crisis situation.
