AVN 3800 - General Aviation Operations and Management A study of General Aviation including FBO’s , marketing, sales, and management techniques. Marketing and management concepts applicable to FBO’s and other general aviation enterprises are studied. Travel analysis is performed to determine the need for a business aircraft.
Requisites: AVN 1000 and 1100 and MGT 2000 and (Jr or Sr) Credit Hours: 3 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts. Lecture/Lab Hours: 3.0 lecture Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Students will be able to differentiate the aspects of general and commercial aviation.
