ME 4750 - Solar Design Introduction to theoretical principles and practical design aspects of solar energy systems. Topics covered include principles of radiation;
heating load computation; air and liquid, flat-plate collectors; concentrating collectors; energy storage; photovoltaic conversion; economic
analysis.
Requisites: ET 3200 Credit Hours: 3 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
