AT 4921 - Senior Practicum Under the direct supervision of a preceptor, students apply the knowledge and skills obtained in the classroom on an actual patient population. Emphasis is placed on clinical decision-making and professional practice.
Requisites: AT 3922 or 380C Credit Hours: 2 Repeat/Retake Information: May be repeated for a maximum of 4.0 hours. Lecture/Lab Hours: 4.0 practicum Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Students will be able to demonstrate confidence in clinical practice.
- Students will be able to demonstrate the knowledge and qualifications required to take the Board of Certification (BOC) examination.
- Students will be able to demonstrate proficiency in clinical skills.
