PAW 1116 - Spikeball This course introduces students to the sport of Spikeball (internationally known as Roundnet). The sport of Spikeball is a net/wall game played 2 vs. 2 utilizing a round net system. This course combines face to face physical activity instruction and online academic learning modules on health and physical activity.
Credit Hours: 1 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts. Lecture/Lab Hours: 2.0 laboratory Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Students will be able to demonstrate skills and tactics of Spikeball through active participation.
- Students will be able to identify and describe rules, strategies, safety and etiquette of Spikeball.
- Students will be able to identify the components of skill and health-related physical fitness within the sport of Spikeball.
- Students will be able to identify the relationships of personal health and wellness aligned with Spikeball.
