EDCT 7031 - Theory and Practice in Adult Learning Examines the learning theories, models, and principles, and their application to the instructional process with adults.

Lecture/Lab Hours: 4.0 lecture Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,CR,PR,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Participants will be able to develop possible programs and learning outcomes for adult courses in higher education and the military.
- Participants will be able to identify and understand the adult learning theories presented by major authors in the field.
- Participants will be able to identify characteristics of adult learners and programs to support those characteristics.
- Participants will be able to model creative approaches to the use of technology within adult learning models and practice.
