HIST 5162 - History of U.S. Inolvement in World Affairs, 1898-1945 Examines United States involvement in world affairs from the Spanish-American War through the end of World War II, with particular emphasis on the emergence of the United States as a superpower. In addition to analyzing U.S. policies, it will also give attention to nongovernmental organizatons and actors.
