NUTR 4260 - World View of Nutrition Survey of world food situation with consideration of environmental, cultural, governmental, and economic factors that relate to food production and consumption. Evaluation of these patterns in meeting dietary needs.
Requisites: ANTH 1010 and C or better in NUTR 1000 and (Jr or Sr) Credit Hours: 3 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
