CE 8620 - Transportation Design II The results of current geometric design research are reviewed. The challenges to the design of roadside features, drainage systems, and horizontal/vertical alignment of roadways are investigated for computer integrated surveying, design, and construction applications.
Requisites: CE 6620 Credit Hours: 3 Repeat/Retake Information: May not be retaken. Lecture/Lab Hours: 3.0 lecture Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Students will be able to apply the Context Sensitive Solutions to roadway geometry design.
- Students will be able to apply the Context Sensitive Solutions (CSS) to design of roadway features .
