ITS 5390 - Communication Technology Lab Practicum An extensive hands-on experience in voice and data communication technologies. Students analyze problems of both a managerial and a technical nature through extensive lab exercises. Involves hands-on experience in posing, validating, and analyzing problems in switching and transmission technologies; network design, internetworking, protocol issues, distributed databases, and network management.

Lecture/Lab Hours: 8.0 laboratory Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Access documentation in various forms and assemble the knowledge needed to apply this knowledge to your project.
- Evaluate the performance of various system components and investigate (and solve) problems as they arise.
- Examine a project definition and plan the project implementation.
