SOC 6510 - Intermediate Data Analysis Introduction to fundamentals of multivariate analysis. Topics covered include simple linear and multiple regression, analysis of variance and covariance, and logistic regression.

Lecture/Lab Hours: 3.0 lecture Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Students will be able to describe and explain key concepts in inferential statistics, including sampling, probability, and hypothesis testing.
- Students will develop a basic understanding of how to carry out, interpret and explain multivariate analyses in explanatory research.
- Students will have the ability to perform the fundamentals of data management and descriptive data analysis.
