ITS 5020 - Strategic Decision Making in Information and Telecommunication Industries Students analyze challenges facing firms in information and telecommunication industries and managerial strategies employed to address these challenges. Topics include standardization, network effects, two-sided markets, positive feedback loops, customer lock-in, learning economies, versioning, pricing strategies, rights management, information security, and antitrust.
