COMS 6150 - Corporate Communication This course will provide students with an overview of strategies for the management of communication within corporate settings. Students will gain an understanding of the relationship between theory and practice, with an emphasis on how theory serves as a framework for the evaluation of communicative strategies. The topics will vary, but could include the role of communication in creating corporate identity, handling crises and repairing images, managing intercultural communication, decision-making strategies and use of technology in managing communication.
