PSY 4710 - Psychoactive Drugs: Therapeutic Agents and Drugs of Abuse Patterns of use and abuse of psychoactive agents, behavioral and physiological effects of drugs; etiological factors in drug abuse; treatment of drug abuse; use of drugs in the treatment of psychological disorders. Discussion of research on comparative effectiveness and integration of pharmacological and psychological interventions in the treatment of psychological disorders.
Requisites: PSY 2210 and (2710 or 3430) Credit Hours: 3 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
