ANTH 3903 - Perspectives in Cultural Anthropology Students explore a topic in anthropology that is specific to cultural anthropology, such as historical foundations, methodological techniques, or theoretical frameworks.
Requisites: ANTH 1010 Credit Hours: 3 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts. Lecture/Lab Hours: 3.0 lecture Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Students will be able to critically engage with a contemporary topic in the field of cultural anthropology.
- Students will be able to discuss key ideas relating to cultural anthropology in both verbal and written formats.
- Students will be able to identify resources to be used in answering questions relating to cultural anthropology.
- Students will be able to evaluate competing approaches used to understand and explain a topic related to cultural anthropology.
