ANTH 3901 - Perspectives in Archaeological Anthropology


Students explore a topic in anthropology that is specific to archaeological anthropology, such as historical foundations, methodological techniques, or theoretical frameworks.

Requisites: ANTH 2020
Credit Hours: 3
Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.

  • Students will be able to critically engage with a contemporary topic in the field of archaeology.

  • Students will be able to evaluate competing approaches used to understand and explain a topic related to archaeological anthropology.
