ANTH 3901 - Perspectives in Archaeological Anthropology Students explore a topic in anthropology that is specific to archaeological anthropology, such as historical foundations, methodological techniques, or theoretical frameworks.
Requisites: ANTH 2020 Credit Hours: 3 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts. Lecture/Lab Hours: 3.0 lecture Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Students will be able to critically engage with a contemporary topic in the field of archaeology.
- Students will be able to effectively discuss key ideas relating to archaeology in both oral and written formats.
- Students will be able to identify resources to be used in answering questions relating to archaeology.
- Students will be able to evaluate competing approaches used to understand and explain a topic related to archaeological anthropology.
