EMGT 6114 - Six Sigma Black Belt Project
This is the culminating experience of the Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate. Students apply the components of Six Sigma methodology taught in previous courses to demonstrate their ability to use the appropriate methods for process improvement.
Requisites: EMGT 6111
Credit Hours: 3

Learning Outcomes:
- Students will be able to develop the charter for a Six Sigma project.
- Students will be able to perform measurement systems analysis (MSA) for a Six Sigma project.
- Students will be able to measure the capability of process as part of a Six Sigma project.
- Students will be able to analyze a process using appropriate methods in a Six Sigma project.
- Students will be able to improve a process using appropriate methods in a Six Sigma project.
- Students will be able to develop a process control plan as part of a Six Sigma project.
