Telecommunications - Management Major (B.S.C.)

This area of study is designed for those who aspire to work in mid- to upper-level leadership positions in the media industries. Courses are organized to provide an integrated understanding of the management, marketing, sales, creative, and regulatory processes in media. Students must complete the TCOM Foundation, 28 hours of coursework within the Media Management sequence, 8 hours of either Audio, Video, and/or Digital Media, and 8 hours of Media Studies.


Corollary courses outside the school that support program goals that will include:


20 hours at the 300- to 400-level in business and/or organizational communication. Credit: 32
