Program Overview
The Studio Art minor is offered for non-Studio Art majors who wish to pursue study in art.
Admissions Information
To declare a Studio Art minor, students should consult with their major advisor and with a School of Art + Design advisor. Approval from the Director of the School of Art + Design is required. Minimum requirements of 2.75 over GPA for admission. You must maintain a 3.0 GPA in the minor.
Opportunities Upon Graduation
The Studio Art minor is designed for students majoring in other fields who want to expand their knowledge of the history, theory, and practice of studio art.
