Program Overview

The certificate program is open to civil and environmental engineering students and students not majoring in civil engineering at Ohio University. Upon completion of the CM certificate and graduation requirements, the student is awarded a certificate in construction management.

Certificate Hours Requirements


The construction management certificate program requires a minimum of 21 hours.

Construction Management Core Course


Complete the following course:

Construction Management Electives


Complete a minimum of three courses. Students must take at least two courses from Group A and may take none or one course from Group B.
