Opportunities Upon Graduation
Building on Ohio University’s already reputable health and medicine programs and strong investment in the humanities, this certificate will ensure OHIO graduates remain competitive in relation to their peers in the state and nationally. For those undergraduates already studying health and medicine, this certificate will enable them to gain additional experience with the humanities that is valued by medical schools and health graduate programs and is essential to professional practice. For undergraduates pursuing degrees in the humanities, this certificate will introduce careers and job opportunities, they may not have discovered elsewhere and support them in integrating medicine and health into their existing curriculum and career aspirations.
