C S 265 - Computer Ethics An investigation into the ethical dimensions of computer technology. The course begins with an overview of the dominant traditions within normative ethics. These theories are then used as a framework within which students consider specific ethical topics germane to computing and information technology. Topics include censorship, intellectual property, privacy, and the obligations and implications of cyber-relationships. Prerequisites: C S 240A
Credit Hours: 1 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
