CLAS 253 - Alexander the Great and the Hellenistic World

An interdisciplinary approach to life and thought in the Hellenistic world from the conquests of Alexander the Great to ascendancy of Rome in the eastern Mediterranean (4th to 1st centuries BC), based on archaeological, historical, and literary sources.
