DSI 226 - Practicum II
Opportunity to interpret for the deaf without immediate supervision, extending knowledge of interpreting in specific contexts. Ability to work within community is enhanced through responsibility for teaching basic sign language classes and through critiques of videotaped interpreting situations.
Prerequisites: DSI 221
Credit Hours: 2
Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken one time excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
