EDCR 210 - Introduction to Teaching in a Democratic Classroom

Identifies the characteristics of a democratic classroom and develops student skill in the creation of a democratic learning environment. Students examine a variety of teaching models, including explicit teaching and cooperative learning, and they begin to develop competence in their use.
Prerequisites: EDCR 101 & (210L CONCURRENT)

Credit Hours: 4
Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken an unlimited number of times, but only last course taken counts.
