EDEC 330 - Teaching Young Children Mathematics

Examination of methods and materials appropriate for teaching mathematics to young children. Emphasis placed on using developmentally appropriate experiences to provide for diversity of learners, including those with disabilities. Designed to be taken concurrently with 330L.
Prerequisites: JR OR SR & ADM TO ADV STAN IN PROF EDUC & 2.75 GPA

Credit Hours: 3
Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken one time excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
