EDEL 330 - Teaching Mathematics in the Elementary School-Kindergarten through Grade 3

Examination of methods and materials used in teaching of mathematics in elementary school programs. Special emphasis on use of mathematical models, adjusting instruction for individual pupil growth, and diagnosing learning difficulties in lower elementary school (K-grade 3).
Prerequisites: ADV STAN IN EDUC & 10 HRS MATH ABOVE 120 & SPEC EDUC MAJORS NEED 7 HRS MATH ABOVE 120

Credit Hours: 2
Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken one time excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
